The Melbourne Clinic in Richmond, Victoria, is seeking a agile Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Older Adult Unit (Living Well Program). The role delivers inpatient social work case management, biopsychosocial assessment, and individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Eligibility for AASW, 2–3 years of clinical experience, and knowledge of the Aged Care system are required. 0.6 EFT, with ongoing career development prospects and solid support structures.
