Lode Pies and Pastries Pty Ltd operates multiple retail locations across Sydney, including Surry Hills, Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Rozelle and Chatswood.
n The business is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, coordinate staff and support the efficient delivery of customer service across its retail setting.

n Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating day-to-day retail operations.
n
Supervising, training and coordinating retail staff.
n
Planning staff rosters and allocating duties to ensure appropriate store coverage.
n
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering and receipt of products and supplies.
n
Maintaining appropriate product presentation and merchandising standards.
n
Monitoring sales performance, operating costs and stock movements.
n
Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding to customer enquiries and feedback.
n
Coordinating with staff and management to support efficient store operations.
n




Maintaining accurate operational and stock records.
n
Ensuring the retail environment is clean, organised and appropriately presented.
n
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other applicable requirements.
n

About You n n
At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
n
Robust staff supervision and team management skills.
n
Experience with stock control and day-to-day retail operations.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
Good organisational and time management abilities.
n
Ability to monitor operational requirements and resolve day-to-day issues.
n
Solid attention to detail and a professional approach.
n
Ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment.
n

n Salary: AUD $75,000 – $95,000 per annumn
