The Club provides a relaxed workplace away from the hectic pace of the CBD, where members can enjoy the company of friends in the iconic setting. The club offers Accommodation and Food & Beverage services via two a la carte dining rooms, in addition to a range of function rooms for Private and Club events for up to 200 guests.

Job Role requirements include:
You will have demonstrated experience within a Club, prestigious hotel or similar scale venue
Have an understanding of a la carte food service, as well as event function work
Your ability to be able to manage a section of the a la carte dining room, and be able to work autonomously when required on Club events & functions
Work collaboratively and professionally within the Service team, alongside the Kitchen team in the service of the members of the Club
Able to demonstrate consistent service capability during busy service periods
Operate in a manner that is protected for self and others at all times, including Food Safety and RSA requirements
Knowledge and experience with POS systems
Working well within a team by being agile and flexible, with organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
