FOH / Barista Café All-Rounder — Southbank

Tatik’s Delights is a family-run Armenian bakery café in Southbank, and we’re looking for a warm, confident and passionate FOH / Barista All-Rounder to join our little team.

We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking ownership of their shift — someone who can see what needs to be done, take initiative and confidently think:

“I’ve got this.”

Your main role will be looking after our customers, FOH and coffee, but as a small team, we all help each other. You’ll also be comfortable stepping into the kitchen for basic food preparation, plating, heating menu items and keeping things running smoothly.

We’d love someone who is:
An experienced and confident barista
Warm and genuinely loves looking after people
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Calm and capable during busy periods
Comfortable across FOH and basic kitchen duties
Clean,



organised and reliable
Naturally takes initiative and notices the little things
Passionate about hospitality and takes pride in their work
