Florist With Flowers is a charming and busy retail florist located at the main entrance of Carlingford Court Shopping Centre. We are a family-owned business with more than 25 years of experience and a close-knit team that takes pride in creating beautiful flowers and providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented florist to join our team in a permanent part-time position.

About the position
Permanent part time employment
Approximately 18–22 hours per week
Two to three days per week, including one weekend day
A minimum of two years’ experience in the floristry industry is essential

Your responsibilities will include
Creating beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements
Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
Setting up and packing down the store
Merchandising flowers, arrangements,



plants and gifts
Caring for flowers and maintaining attractive displays
Keeping the store clean, organised and secure

About you The ideal applicant will:
Have a genuine passion for flowers and creative floral design
Deliver warm and exceptional customer service
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be well presented, friendly and qualified
Work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Be organised and able to multitask in a busy retail environment
Bring creativity, reliability and a positive attitude to the workplace
