We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Fundraising Coordinator to support the delivery of fundraising campaigns, events and donor engagement activities.

About the role

You will provide coordination and administrative support across a range of fundraising activities, helping to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities include
Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events and supporter activities from planning through to delivery
Support donor and supporter communications, including newsletters, correspondence and acknowledgements
Assist with the coordination of fundraising events and community fundraising initiatives
Maintain accurate donor and supporter records within the CRM
Prepare reports, presentations and fundraising materials
Support income reconciliation, processing and reporting
Build positive relationships with donors, supporters, volunteers and internal stakeholders




Assist the wider fundraising team with administration, research and ad hoc projects

About you You will be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a cooperative environment and is passionate about making a difference.

You will ideally bring
Previous experience in fundraising, events, marketing, administration or a related field
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
Experience using a CRM or database is desirable
A genuine interest in the NFP sector and making a positive community impact
