About the role

As part of our funeral services team, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of funeral services with care, dignity, and attention to detail. You will work closely with families, celebrants, and colleagues to ensure each service runs smoothly and respectfully.

Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and conduct of funeral services
Provide a high standard of care and support to families and attendees
Coordinate logistical aspects of services (transport, timing, setup)
Maintain presentation of vehicles, equipment, and facilities
Act with professionalism, empathy, and discretion at all times

About you
Robust focus on customer service and helping others
Calm, respectful, and emotionally intelligent
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Versatile availability, including some weekends and on-call work
Current NSW driver's licence required
Minimum 2 years experience within the funeral industry.
