The role

You'll be the face of Mint & Cö., looking after guests from the moment they walk in until they leave happy.

What you'll do
Greet and seat guests and take reservations
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations
Look after guests in the dining room and lounge, including shisha service (full training provided)
Work closely with the kitchen and bar so service runs smoothly
Handle payments and keep tables, stations and the floor clean and tidy
Support the team during busy periods and events

What we're looking for
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we'll train the right attitude
A warm, confident manner and valuable communication skills
Comfort working in a quick-paced, high-volume venue
Reliability and a solid team attitude
Availability for evenings and weekends
Full work rights in Australia
Knowledge of Middle Eastern food or halal service is a bonus
