We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House (FOH) team member to join our pizza shop team.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
Take orders and process payments using POS
Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
Assist with basic food preparation when required
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Previous hospitality/FOH experience is preferred but not essential
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
