We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
Strong bar and cocktail knowledge
Must hold a valid RSA certificate
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle busy service periods
Must be reliable, responsible, and well-presented
Availability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
Own transportation is essential , there is no public transport available in the area
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
Support staff training, rostering, and team coordination
Ensure smooth service flow and maintain high service standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work closely with the management team to deliver quality guest experiences
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
