Ovolo Hotels in Australia is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our Monster Kitchen and Bar team. You will own the bar, design and implement training, and work with the F&B; General Manager to run a smooth operation on a 7-day rotating roster.
We’re looking for a hands-on qualified with at least 3 years in bar roles, capable of managing stock, coordinating orders, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
