Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking Excavator Operators to join their growing site team in Toowoomba and Brisbane.
This is a full time role working across civil construction projects, operating excavators safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.
Key Responsibilities
Operating excavators across a range of civil construction works
Trenching, bulk excavation, detailed excavation and site preparation
Working around underground services and existing infrastructure
Loading trucks and moving materials
Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
Working closely with supervisors,
labourers and other plant operators
Maintaining a robust focus on safety and quality
What You'll Bring
Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
Confident completing both bulk and detailed excavation
Relevant plant/operator tickets
Construction White Card
Valid driver's license
Understands site safety requirements
Is reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Takes pride in their equipment and quality of work
Experience working on civil infrastructure, subdivisions, drainage, roadworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
