Cordoma Group Pty Ltd is a significant table grape grower based in Robinvale, Victoria. The business supplies produce to the national supermarkets as well as for export. The business is seeking a full time qualified Facility Supervisor.

The salary offered is $79,423 per annum plus superannuation.

Duties and responsibilities

Facility Supervisors are responsible for ensuring correct handling of product to meet customers’ requirements including grading, packing, cool chain, hygiene and dispatch.

The Facility Supervisors have the following duties and responsibilities:
Assessing incoming product regarding quality and determine grading resources
Monitoring quality of product through various stages in production shed, washing, 1st, 2nd and final grading
Rectifying any issues due to mechanical damage / grading quality
Liaising with management or Dispatch Manager
Ensuring all Quality Assurance (QA) records are correct,



allowing for complete traceability
Managing correct cool chain when handling and dispatch of product
Ensuring all personnel are trained and performing as per standard procedure
Ensuring all waste products are handled as per standard procedure
Ensuring all dispatches are as per standard procedure.

The applicant will have the following skills and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Certificate III/IV in Agriculture/Horticulture
Work experience in agriculture industry
Robust problem-solving skills
Previous farming or horticulture experience is highly desirable.
Have excellent communication and time management skills
