We’re looking for a hands-on Factory Foreman to join our team. This is a casual position with full time hours, suited to someone who can lead from the front and isn’t afraid to get stuck into the work.
The role will involve
Supervising the day-to-day running of the factory
Fabricating aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts & other glazing products
Organising jobs and keeping production moving
Reading plans and job specifications
Quality control and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Working alongside the team and helping where needed
Keeping the factory organised, clean and running efficiently
We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid experience in aluminium fabrication
Can confidently read plans
Has good attention to detail
Can lead a small team and keep things on track
Takes pride in their work
Has a valuable work ethic and can work independently
Has experience in a supervisory/leading hand role (preferred)
This is a hands-on position — we need someone who can fabricate as well as supervise. Based in Gympie, Valuable rates for the right person ,Full-time hours on a casual basis. Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
