Community Support Workers – Complex Support (EOI)Western Sydney | Casual / ongoing hours | Preferably female

We’re recruiting reliable, hands-on Community Support Workers for a customer who needs active, structured support at home and in the community. This is not a “sit-in” role. You need to engage, prompt, follow the plan, and document properly.

The work
Community access and planned outings
Meaningful activity and daily routines
Prompting, redirection and active support
Full personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, continence care and grooming
Meal support and monitoring food/fluid intake
Follow the Behaviour Support Plan and approved strategies
Respond calmly to behaviours of concern
Report changes in presentation or wellbeing
Progress notes, ABC charts and incident reports when required

Please note: CCTV operates in the home for safety and incident review. Cameras are not in bathrooms or personal-care areas.

Essential
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Valid Australian driver licence
Right to work in Australia
Experience supporting people with complex disability and behavioural support needs
Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

Desirable
Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans
Medication assistance competency
Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi or Nepali, or experience supporting Pakistani / Nepalese families

Pay: $26.44 – $52.71 per hour
