Core Talent is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician for a busy commercial asset in Darlinghurst, Sydney. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, site presentation, contractor coordination and compliance to keep the building safe, effective and attractive.
We're looking for experience in commercial facilities, solid WHS awareness, and the ability to work independently in a live workplace. A White Card is preferred and chiller/HVAC knowledge is essential.
