We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of the day‐to‐day operation. What you'll be doing

Lead and support drivers and operational staff.

Coordinate daily transport schedules, vehicles, and resources.

Keep deliveries and collections running on time.
n
Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
n
Monitor performance, productivity, and service levels.
n
Promote a robust safety and compliance culture.
n
Work closely with customers, warehouse teams, and management.
n
Support team training, toolbox meetings, and ongoing development.
n
Identify opportunities to improve the way we operate.

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within transport, logistics, or distribution.
