The Mary Ellen Hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has been operating for approximately 4 years since the reopening. We have built a great reputation with a loyal client base. We offer a classic Pub menu with both traditional pub food and more technical dishes to suit everyone's taste and budget. Located in the beachside suburb of Merewether in Newcastle, the recently renovated hotel boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen along with brand-recent equipment and facilities throughout the hotel. Days off are uninterrupted, consecutive, and the same week to week. We have a great team who enjoy both the job and working alongside like-minded chefs, taking pride in ensuring that our creations are of the highest standard.
