About the role
At Tindo, we are seeking a motivated and organised Finance Administration Assistant to join our Finance Team. This is an excellent chance for a university student, recent graduate, or someone looking to develop their skills and gain practical experience in finance administration.
You will support the Finance Team with a range of day-to-day administrative and finance tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to take on new responsibilities, and keen to build their knowledge and experience within the finance function.
Previous finance experience is beneficial but not essential. The right attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and robust organisational skills are what we value most.
Key responsibilities
Accounts receivable administration
Supporting accounts receivable and payment follow-ups
Customer queries management
General finance administration

Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced finance environment
