Sail Central Coast and Broken Bay Yacht Charter are seeking a capable, energetic Coxswain to join our growing charter operation based at Hardys Bay, NSW. You will help prepare and operate two Seawind 1160 catamarans across Brisbane Water and Pittwater, delivering memorable private and corporate charters.
This hands-on role blends vessel prep, maintenance, deckhand duties and charter service, with prospects to learn, take ownership and progress toward skipper responsibilities.
