The Role

n

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the facility, ensuring exceptional care delivery, compliance, financial sustainability and staff engagement.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

End-to-end operational management of a large residential aged care facility
n
Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
n
Leadership, coaching and development of a large multidisciplinary team
n
Oversight of budgets, occupancy and financial performance
n
Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
n
Driving continuous improvement, quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Senior Manager in residential aged care
n
Significant experience as a Clinical Manager with experience stepping up to cover the Facility Management role
n
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
n
Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large teams
n
Sound financial and operational management skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
