Estimator – Civil Infrastructure and Plant Services

Belmont, WA | Full-Time | Market-competitive salary

East to West Plant Services is looking for an experienced Estimator to join its growing team in Belmont.

This is a key position supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders across civil infrastructure, utilities, earthworks and plant-based projects throughout Western Australia.

The Role
Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and scopes of work
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
Complete quantity take-offs and develop tender pricing
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
Identify project risks, opportunities and commercial considerations
Prepare tender submissions, schedules and supporting documentation
Work closely with the Director, operations team and project teams
Attend site visits, tender meetings and project handovers
Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases
Support the development of competitive rates and pricing strategies

About You
Previous estimating experience within civil construction, utilities,



earthworks or plant services
Strong understanding of labour, plant and material costs
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
Robust numerical, analytical and organisational skills
Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Able to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
Strong Excel and general computer skills
Knowledge of the Western Australian civil infrastructure market would be highly regarded
Australian working rights
