Key Responsibilities
Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities.
Develop Test Plans and Test Summary Reports.
Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Manage defects, risks, issues, and test reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Provide clear and effective communication to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Conduct & coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT testing activities.
Ensure requirements traceability and adequate test coverage.
Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and providing quality governance and reporting.
Hands-on experience with:
Test Planning & Estimation
Test Case Design & Execution
Defect Management
Test Reporting & Metrics
Risk & Issue Management




Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery.
Robust working knowledge of:
Jira
Confluence
Zephyr
Postman
Experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation, and Source-to-Target Validation.
Solid SQL and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Superannuation, or Investment Platforms.
Exposure to cloud and modern data platforms.
Experience in PowerBI
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
