Expression of Interest (EOI) – Electrical Technician (Maintenance)
Location: Footscray, VIC
Downer is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified Electrical Technicians to join our Road Maintenance and ITS team supporting Melbourne’s critical transport infrastructure, including CityLink and the West Gate Tunnel.
About the Chance
Based in Footscray, VIC, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault response and asset reliability across a range of electrical systems and infrastructure assets.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility required to support operational needs which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What We're Looking For
Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
Experience in electrical maintenance environments
Knowledge of HV systems and instrumentation
Experience in tunnels, tolling systems, industrial plants or similar infrastructure environments
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
EWP Licence (Boom and/or Scissor Lift)
Working at Heights certification
Confined Space Entry ticket
Open Cabler Registration
Current First Aid, CPR and LVR
Current Australian Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence
