Job Description

Launch Housing is seeking a Part time Tenancy Plus Case Manager to deliver outreach-based support for public and community housing tenants in the Collingwood area, ensuring secure, sustainable accommodation. You will conduct assessments, develop case plans, and advocate with other agencies to secure services for vulnerable clients.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields, knowledge of tenancy laws, and a solid commitment to ending homelessness.
