Based in Sydney CBD, this is a consultative sales role where you'll manage clients from their initial enquiry through to booking and departure, providing knowledgeable advice and exceptional service throughout the journey. You'll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring every client receives a seamless and personalised experience. Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking
Providing expert advice across a range of international tours and cruises
Preparing quotes and following up enquiries to maximise conversion
Booking international airfares using a GDS
Working with economy,
premium economy and business class airfares
Maintaining accurate customer files and booking information
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced travel consultant who combines
strong sales ability with genuine care for their customers. You'll ideally have: 5+ years' travel consulting experience
Strong GDS knowledge and international airfare experience
Confidence selling and closing travel without being overly sales-driven
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong organisation and time management
You'll have the prospect to: Work Monday to Friday
