Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a casual Demi Chef to join our kitchen brigade. Located in central Sydney, you will work with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across restaurant, bar, room service and events.
You will deliver food across breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Weekend and public holiday availability is required to thrive in our quick-paced setting.
