Legal Aid Queensland invites an experienced lawyer to join the NDIS Appeals team within Civil Justice Services on a temporary full time basis. You will prepare cases, advocate for clients and provide advice about National Disability Insurance Appeals, using trauma-informed practices.

You will represent clients, discuss matters by phone, video or face-to-face, and draft letters, documents, applications and submissions.
