Ken's Plumbing Supplies Rockhampton is looking for a reliable, motivated and customer-focused person to join our team in a full time Trade Counter Sales position.
We are an established business with a long-standing history in the Plumbing & Building Industry , servicing plumbers, tradespeople, contractors, builders and the general public.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied role where you'll be dealing directly with customers while also being involved in the day-to-day running of the branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving plumbers, tradespeople, contractors and the general public
Counter sales and providing outstanding customer service
Building strong relationships with our regular trade customers
Picking and preparing customer orders
Stock control and general warehouse duties
Using computers and internal systems
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable,
punctual and takes pride in their work
Has a positive attitude and enjoys dealing with people
Works well as part of a team
Has positive communication and customer service skills
Is comfortable using computers
Is organised and able to work in a busy workplace
Plumbing or trade-counter experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important.
