Job Description

Autobarn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Newcastle-Maitland team. You'll work closely with the Store Manager, lead a hands-on team, drive sales, and ensure a secure, customer‐focused shopping setting across our automotive parts and accessories range.

You'll coach and develop the team, manage stock and store operations, and step in when the Store Manager is away, helping to deliver KPIs and maintain our reputation as a trusted, nationwide automotive retailer.
