Key responsibilities
Preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food
Managing your section during busy services
Following recipes, portioning and presentation standards
Maintaining excellent food-safety and kitchen-hygiene standards
Supporting preparation, stock rotation and daily kitchen operations
Communicating effectively and contributing to a positive team environment
About you
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
Previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
The ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude
Versatile availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
Relevant cookery qualifications are preferred but not essential for applicants with strong experience
