We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our childcare centre in Artarmon.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support the room team
Plan and deliver engaging programs based on the EYLF
Support children’s learning and development
Maintain a protected, nurturing and inclusive workplace
Build positive relationships with children and families
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and relevant regulations
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience as a Room Leader
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
Completed GEECKO child-safety training
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
