About the Role:

Are you a networking ninja? We're looking for someone who's ready to step out of the store and into the world, turning every coffee chat, event and connection into an opportunity to grow a thriving client base. Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years in a retail or high-level customer service environment




Proactively and creatively expanding your customer portfolio through networking and identifying business development opportunities beyond the store workplace.
Driven to achieve KPIs and store targets
Exceptional communication and customer service skills that exceed expectations
Experience in the Audio Visual industry is preferred but not essential; a keen interest in the industry, relationship-building expertise, and a willingness to learn are more significant
Experience in luxury retail sales will be highly regarded
