MotorOne Autobody in Geelong North is seeking a Trade Qualified Panel Beaters & Experienced Assemblers to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards .

Key responsibilities include:
Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
Removing and refitting panels and components
Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs




Working collaboratively within a team environment

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Panel Beater

Previous experience as an automotive assembler.

You’ll also be:
Reliable and consistent in your work
Committed to quality workmanship
Solid communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced workshopMotivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
