To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in paint preparation within the collision repair industry.
Pride in your work & a outstanding eye for detail
Quality control and safety check experience from preparation to job completion
Be competent & confident in working unsupervised & in a team environment
Deliver high-quality prep finish
Availability to work overtime if required
Perform general maintenance & cleaning of all tooling & work area
Have valuable work ethic and attention to detail
Be punctual, reliable and a positive team player
