1. Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations across group entities
2. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
3. Assist with BAS, GST, and other statutory and regulatory lodgements
4. Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
5. Support intercompany reconciliations and loan account tracking across the Bacena group
6. Assist senior finance team members with audit preparation and liaison with external auditors and advisers
7. Assist with invoice processing, expense management, and payment runs
8. Maintain organised financial records and documentation in accordance with internal policies
9. Provide general administrative support to the finance and compliance functions as required
