Job Description

Sage Wollongong, part of Vista Hospitality Group, invites applications for a Full Time Front Office Guest Service Agent. Base at the Front Office, you will manage guest billing and reservations while ensuring a warm welcome throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include checking in/out, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, upselling services, and collaborating with hotel teams to maintain service excellence. Barista experience is valued and a valid Australian visa is required.
