Reporting to the Group General Manager, this senior leadership role drives standards, optimises guest experience and owns the venue P+L.

Drive special events and activations to boost business
Oversee assistant managers
Ensure departmental goals, hiring, training, and performance targets are met
Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain the venue's reputation and profitability
