Montessori Care is looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Residential Care Officers to support residents to live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

About the Role

As a Residential Care Officer, you will provide high-quality day-to-day support to residents while promoting their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
Supporting residents with mobility, meals and personal routines
Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
Supporting residents to participate in activities and community life
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing
Following individual care plans and support requirements
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
Working collaboratively with nurses, care staff, families and other professionals
Maintaining a safe,



respectful and positive environment for residents

About You

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable and genuinely committed to providing person-centred care .

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in aged care, residential care, disability or community support
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A respectful and patient approach to supporting older people
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Essential requirements:
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check / relevant screening clearance
First Aid & CPR
Relevant qualifications and training
Right to work in Australia
