CORE Cleaning is a Gold Coast domestic cleaning business looking for reliable subcontractors to join the team. We need someone who can start as soon as possible, ideally this coming week, and who takes real pride in delivering a high standard of work.
This is a subcontracting role. You will need your own active ABN, your own cleaning equipment, and your own cleaning chemicals. In return, we offer robust hourly rates and a steady flow of work across a growing local business.
What you'll be doing
Bond and end-of-lease cleans to a real estate approved standard
Regular and maintenance residential cleans
Full interior cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, walls and carpets
Occasional add-on work such as carpet steam cleaning and external windows
What we're looking for
An active ABN
Your own reliable transport, cleaning equipment and chemicals
Experience in bond or end-of-lease cleaning preferred,
but not essential for the right candidate
High attention to detail, as our cleans are backed by a bond-back guarantee
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
Availability to start immediately, ideally by next week
