Position Overview

We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and daily living assistance
Supporting participants with household tasks and routines
Assisting with community access and social activities
Encouraging independence and skill development
Maintaining accurate progress notes and reports
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants at all times

Requirements




Previous experience in disability support or aged care (preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
