We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.
This is a excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team and helping drive the store forward. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the storeand support the team in achieving its goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
Lead, coach and motivate the team on the shop floor
Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Lead from the front and set the standard for the team
Support team development, training and performance
Assist with rostering, stock, VM and store operations
Step up and take ownership of the store when required
Help create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor experience
A confident and hands‑on leadership style
Robust sales and customer service focus
Someone who enjoys coaching and developing people
Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail workplace
Sports, footwear or lifestyle retail experience is highly regarded
