You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, domestic duties, transport and community access, while following each client’s Care Plan and Behaviour Support Plan.
The role emphasises dignity, respect, confidentiality and team-oriented teamwork with families and health specialists. A valid driver’s licence and First Aid/ CPR are required.
