Architect - ArchiCAD | Residential Project Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VIC

Melbourne | 3–6 Month Contract An exciting prospect for an experienced

Architect with strong ArchiCAD skills

to join a residential project on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend to 6 months for the right person.

The Role You’ll work autonomously under the oversight of the Principal, taking ownership of an existing residential project where the

DA and TP have already been completed . Your role will involve:

Making required design changes to the existing project.

Amending the TP and associated planning documentation.

Redocumenting the project in ArchiCAD.

Coordinating with consultants as required.

Attending approximately

one client meeting per week





and managing client communication professionally.

This is primarily a planning/documentation-focused role, with no construction documentation required.

About You We’re looking for an Architect who:

Experienced project architect with 5+years experience

Has robust ArchiCAD experience.

Has experience working across residential projects.

Can work independently and take ownership of their workload.

Is confident dealing directly with clients and consultants.

Has solid attention to detail and documentation skills.

Can work effectively with minimal supervision while taking direction from the Principal.
