Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a part time Community Support Worker in Kimba to deliver in-home and community-based services under the Consumer Directed Care model.
You will assist with personal care, meal prep, cleaning, transport and social support, helping clients stay independent. You will work with consumers, families and health specialists to plan and review care, travel to clients as needed and contribute to a supportive, patient-centred team.
