THE TASK: Acting as an ordinary customer, no dramas needed, visit a burger restaurant and have a meal. You can take a friend with you, or not (sorry, no children). Visit for lunch or dinner.
You note service, surroundings and food. You write a report, all on line. Other shopping prospects will be listed too. Training is offered. You will have support from a shopper liaison staff member, to answer questions and help you individually, if required.
