The Sydney Local Health District Mental Health Services Pharmacy Team is seeking an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist specialising in mental health to join CCMH. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, conduct medication histories and clinical reviews, and contribute to pharmacist-led consumer education and consultation services.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, hospital pharmacy experience, and a focus on psychotropic medicines.
