You will deliver person-centred assessments with participants, identifying and articulating their support needs in a transparent, evidence-based and respectful manner.

You will bring solid communication skills, assessment or case management experience, and the ability to interpret evidence to provide defensible recommendations within NDIS or similar frameworks.
