The opportunity:
Take ownership of a busy afternoon depot operation
Lead, support and develop an operational team
Coordinate daily freight movement and dispatch
Plan resources and ensure the right coverage across the shift
Work closely with drivers and internal teams
Maintain high standards across safety and compliance
Monitor operational performance and address issues as they arise
Identify ways to improve processes, productivity and efficiency
What you'll bring:
Leadership experience within transport, freight, logistics or depot operations
Robust people management and communication skills
Sound knowledge of CoR, fatigue management and load restraint
Good understanding of depot and freight operations
A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
Strong safety and compliance focus
LF Forklift Licence
