Accounts Administrator – Premium Architectural Product Business
This is a outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Administrator with a couple of years’ experience to join a highly regarded, premium product supplier within the Architecture & Design industry, working as part of a small, close-knit team.
We’re looking for someone with around 2–3 years’ experience who has a good understanding of the day-to-day accounts function and is looking for a stable role within a supportive team environment.
You’ll work across accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and general finance administration, with the opportunity to build on your existing skills as you become established in the role.
We’re open to four days per week for the right person, or five shorter days , offering flexibility around how the week is structured.
The Role
Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, payments and receipts
Complete bank and account reconciliations
Assist with general accounting administration and reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and support the wider team as required
Use MYOB and Excel regularly
Take ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
About You
You’ll ideally have:
Around 2–3 years’ experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Experience with MYOB
Robust Excel skills
Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable
Experience with reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational skills
A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
